We process your data to respond to your enquiry or booking request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and for the legitimate interest of managing commercial communications related to the requested service.

We do not carry out automated profiling or automated decision-making.

04 — RETENTION

We retain data for as long as necessary to manage the communication and, where applicable, for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

05 — RECIPIENTS

Data is processed by Web3Forms (form provider, with servers in the EU/EEA) to send the contact email. We do not share data with any other third party.

We use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) for anonymised visit statistics. You can consult Google's policy at policies.google.com.

06 — YOUR RIGHTS

At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hello@tchnodromo.com with the subject "GDPR Rights".

If you consider the processing to be non-compliant, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
