This website has an informational and commercial nature. It presents the services of live VJ, video mapping, generative art and audiovisual installations offered by Tchnodromo, and facilitates contact for the engagement of said services.

Access to and use of this website is free and does not require registration. By accessing it, the user accepts these terms. The user agrees to make lawful use of the site, without damaging the systems, content or reputation of Tchnodromo.

All content on this website — including texts, design, code, graphics, logos, animations and visual works — is the exclusive property of Tchnodromo or its authors, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property legislation.

05 — SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
The contact form is a channel for enquiries and quote requests; it does not imply a contract. The contractual relationship will be formalised through a written accepted quote or a specific contract between the parties.
The services provided are subject to the particular conditions agreed for each project (date, duration, technical rider, payment and cancellation terms).
06 — LIABILITY
Tchnodromo is not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to causes beyond its control (hosting failures, force majeure).
- Misuse that third parties may make of the published content.
- The accuracy of information from third parties linked from this site.

This site may contain links to social networks (Instagram, YouTube) and third-party platforms. Tchnodromo does not control or take responsibility for their content or privacy policies.
08 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Murcia, unless applicable regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
Applicable regulations: LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002), GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).
